Orr Builders completed a 1,620 sq. ft. tenant improvement project for Don Roberto Jewelers located on the first floor of the Westfield Mall in Palm Desert.

This was a complete demolition project in order to remodel per the Owner’s plans and specs. All facades are brand new and finished with beautiful 12” X 35” tile and wood reveals. 17” X 26” floor tiles were installed which looks like carpet in most areas. Lighting fixtures are LED directed to the center of every point of sale in the jewelry display cases, bringing an outstanding luminosity to the product. The exterior display cases are single pieces of 1/2” inch tempered glass with no seems or joints. The security doors are hidden by retractable bi-fold aluminum pocket doors. Cabinetry was done by owner. This project was scheduled to be completed mid December and ORR finished it a month early.
