Forward Thinking, Enthusiastic, Team Builder
Steve Welsh joined the Orr Builders team April of 2018 as a Project Manager. Steve is a Southern California native with an extensive history in the building construction industry. He has served in capacities as estimator, project engineering and manager, vice president of construction and operating partner. He has worked both in the general contracting and real estate development communities. His career has included working on projects both nationally and internationally as well.

Professional Experience
Steve knew he would have a passion for the building environment at an early age so after attending a private high school that provided a college preparatory and technical program in construction technology he pursued and graduated with a bachelor's degree in construction management from California State University-Long Beach. This also included two years of study in architecture.

Personal Life
Steve and his wife Sally reside in the Coachella Valley and enjoy spending time with their two children and grandchildren. They travel extensively and enjoy the outdoors, fresh water fishing, fine dining and being with friends.
