The Firestone Store located in Palm Desert started pre-watering over the fourth of July weekend 2009, and was walked with the Architect for completion October 15th.
The job included some utility improvements for the future pad (now land locked) which is tucked behind this project and another project Orr Builders was involved in a few years back.
This was a masonry and wood frame construction project that was started with Greg Tropea, General Superintendent, running the field operations and then handed over to John Hardwick, Superintendent, for final punch list items and finals.
