Adriana Apodaca

Adriana Apodaca joined the ORR Builders Team August of 2022 as Estimating Coordinator and in November of 2025, she was promoted to Estimator. Because of her integrity and her eagerness for knowledge, she was encouraged to call ORR Builders her home-away-from-home from the start. Having previously worked in Property Valuation, Adriana quickly noticed her interest and understanding of numbers. Adriana is responsible for analyzing project plans and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates. She keeps close communication with the subcontractors, tracking the bid estimates, RFI's, coordinating project job walks, and taking meeting notes.   

 

Professional Experience  

Since  moving to the Coachella Valley in 2016, Adriana has held administrative positions in different industries, from medical insurance to children's non-profits. Previously to the Coachella Valley, she worked in residential property valuation and industrial purchasing. Adriana graduated with a B.A. in Architecture from UABC (Mexico) in 2014 and a A.A. in English from the Collage of the Desert in 2021.

 

Personal Life  

Adriana is an avid reader; you'll always find at least one book in her purse. She also spends her time model building, knitting and listening to and playing music with her husband.
