Tiffany Williams

Tiffany Williams joined the ORR Builders Team as the Human Resources / Office Manager in December 2020, and brought with her 25 years of HR experience from different industries. 

Personal Experience

Tiffany is a NorCal girl at heart where she grew up in the San Jose area.  She’s also a graduate from SJSU with a degree in Psychology and minor in Business.  She relocated to the desert in 2004 when she accepted a position working for a local homebuilding company.  After the big housing boom came to a halt in 2007, Tiffany began working for two private high-end golf clubs in the desert for a little over twelve years.  Tiffany came to ORR Builders when the world had been turned upside down by a pandemic.  Fortunately, ORR Builders is considered an essential business, so their doors remained open for business. There has been some normalcy in the daily lives of the Team while most of the world shut down.

Personal Life

Tiffany is an active member of SHRM and continues to participate in local human resources associations such as PIHRA in order to stay educated and keep up with all the current laws and mandates.
